As a registered nurse since 1998, I have always wanted to help people.  I have done that by my work in the emergency department, as a nurse educator and trainer, a diabetes educator and even as a volunteer nurse at my children's school.  In 2017, I decided I wanted to shift my focus, I wanted to help people to feel better about themselves, physically. I began my training journey.  I am now board certified as an "Advanced Injector" through the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. I received training from Dr. Katz, the Inventor on the Botox Patent. I am a certified provider of Silhoutte Instalift (non-surgical lift). And I am certified in advanced laser treatments by the Institute of Laser Medicine.  

Refresh Medical Spa was established in 2018.  It is centrally located, in Maplewood, Missouri. Refresh Medical Spa specializes in providing restorative treatments, to those with busy lifestyles.  The objective is to provide individualized and innovative therapeutic techniques, to meet the goals of the client, while maintaining a natural look.
